APPLICABLE LAW

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted, construed and governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without reference to its laws relating to conflict of law and without including the provisions of the 1980 United Nations convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any dispute shall be dealt with exclusively in the Courts at Hanover, Germany and the jurisdiction of such court or courts shall be accepted and not contested. Notwithstanding the foregoing, EXPO21XX GmbH shall have the right to commence and prosecute any proceedings, which it considers necessary, in any court of competent jurisdiction in any country.

 

CHANGE, DISCONTINUANCE OF THE SITE AND SEVERABILITY
